Satisfactory except for electricity failures!
The facilities, i.e. reception area, toilets, showers, shop, children's playground etc. were more than satisfactory.
The caravan pitch that we were allocated was on a sloping grass covered field which was little more than a mud bath due to the weather conditions we experienced during our stay. The wardens were kept busy towing units into place and later out of them. All part of life's rich tapestry! Howerver, unfortunately the electricity supply was less than satisfactory and failed 5 times in 4 days. Once for the duration of 9 hours on a very "cold and frosty night", resulting in a disabled caravaner packing up in the early hours of the morning and leaving the site at first light. He was closley followed by others, including us,even though we had paid for another night's stay, when the electricity supply failed again, twice in the space of 15 mins on Bank Holiday Monday morning.
