Idyllic location. The real Provence. Kind owners.
Beautiful pitches, surrounded by beautiful Provencal countryside, the most friendly owners I have ever met (I am a seasoned provencale and France traveller), an awe-inspiring walk from the site to the village of Faucon - the owner will give you a map (2km only - mont Ventoux rears and then accompanies). Vaison-la-Romaine nearby. Forget carpe Dieme if you wish reality. This site (if visited in low season, as I cannot comment on high) will delight. Pick your own rosemary from the plentiful garrigue surrounding the site. If Van Gogh had known the area, he would have rejoiced (and so would have we). I cannot commend the site enough. A real tonic after visiting a St Remy site that cannot even come close. A much more authentic Provencale experience.
