The project of our chalets & garden was done manually using local materials. The chalets fit in the natural surroundings. The garden is treated biologically, We recycle & prepare our own compost. Our employees are from the neighbourhood & we use local products.
We encourage our guests to all that is local. We own an organic olive plantation.

| The chalets are surrounded by various local trees: oak, carob, cypress etc. In the morning & sunset you can see & hear birds, foxes , jackals. Cows, wild boars or even deer may be seen sometimes crossing the road. All around there are lots of birds. |
