10 minutes by train or 20 minutes by car to the famous Gstaad town with 5 star hotels, restaurants, bars and entertainment. , and in between Shoenreid, another village, which has appeal for the young with more late night bars and clubs
Superb ski areas: Direct access to Gstaad, Lenk, Chateau D'Oeux and Aneboden regions all suitable for all levels of sking, snowboarding and walking.

Approx 1 hour 50 minutes from Geneva or Basel Airports.

Hiking. Zweisimmen offers walking trails of over 300 km: The classic trails here include a ramble to the idyllic Seebergsee and onward, towards the Stierenberg.

Set in a beautiful valley surrounded by fantastic mountain scenery, Zweisimmen is also the starting point of the Montreux – Bernese Oberland – rail line, which travels to Montreux on Lake Geneva.
The nearest airport is Berne although Geneva,Basel and Zurich are all 2 hours away by car.
The chalet is 10 minutes by foot from the village, and there are bars and restarants on the doorstep. Shoenreid,Gstaad and Lenk are just a short ride away ( approx 20 mins ) |
