A very spacious house, with lovely wooden finishes, (floors and ceilings), beautiful converted attic, with spacious ensuite bedroom and close to the River - 3 further bedrooms, and a large family bathroom, under floor heating and a log burner are just some of the lovely features.
Lower floor - 2 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom
Attic - large ensuite bedroom with double bed and single day bed (sleeps 3) - TV for use with DVD player in this bedroom

The town of Liptovsky Mikulas is a 15 minute drive, and here you will find many restaurants and shops

There are several supermarkets at Liptovsky Mikulas - 15 mins drive
There is a large Tesco also at Poprad -
Aqua park distant 1 km from the locality (Liptovská Kokava, 43°C) - ideal for children (15 mins drive approx) with 11 pools, (8 thermal and 3 indoor), as well as the "Wellness Paradise" which is a unique complex of massages, baths, wraps and other therapeutic and relaxing procedures..
