An ideal spot for not just those looking for an active water sports vacation in the lake area of the province of Friesland,
but also for those wanting to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Simmerwille is a small-scale green camp site on the edge of national park "De Âlde Feanen". It is an ideal place for amateur fishermen.For a splendid fishing vacation boats can possibly be rented at the camp site.
The centre of the adorable water sports village Eernewoude (in the Friesian Earnewâld) is only at a five-minute walk from the camp site.So lots of opportunity to be active during the day and to enjoy a pleasant peace and quiet in the evening.
Not just water sports lovers, but also
nature walkers and cyclists can find
something to their liking here. During the summer season passenger and bicycle ferries are put to use in various places in this area rich with water, allowing for the possibility to make beautiful tours through this wonderful nature area. |
