The Hawley Bed & Breakfast is in a victorian home in the Hawley Historic district close to downtown Lincoln and the University of Nebraska. The Suite is first floor with 4 steps up the porch. Queen bed in first floor bedroom, bathroom with clawfoot tub and hand held shower, sunroom with wicker furniture, living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has refrigerator and microwave you may use. The breakfast is provided for you from this kitchen by the owner and served in the dining room. The foyer and bedroom have many wildlife prints by National wildlife artist, Neil Anderson. The suite has central heating and air conditioning. Most of the rooms have ceiling fans. If you are a parent visiting a student at the University or other college, we invite your student to have breakfast with you. |

Also 4 miles north of 27th Street and Highway 2. 6 blocks from the University of Nebraska and 10 blocks fron Downtown Lincoln. |

The bedroom has a queen bed and oak furniture. There is a comfy memory foam mattress over the queen mattress and topped with a quilt and/or down comforter.
The bathroom has a clawfoot tub and hand held shower.
The sunroom has live plants and wicker furniture with reading lamp. A perfect place to read a book and sip coffee or tea.
The living room has comfy chairs and love seats in front of the decorative fireplace.
The dining room has a table and buffet where your breakfast will be served. If you are visiting your student at the University or other college we invite your student to have breakfast with you. You may use the dining room for pizza ordered in or a place to snack.
The kitchen is where breakfast is cooked by your host. The microwave & refrigerator is available for your use too.
Ceiling fans in most rooms.
The large porch is also available for your enjoyment.
