Stayed in homeshotel for three nights in early January 06. I booked house-3 through homeshotel and got an excellent rate: 150us a night. The home/s is centrally located (beside the pedestrianised zone) and therefore bars and restaurants are only 5/10 minutes' walk away. I could hear very little noise from the street. Only a handful of people was staying in house-5 during my three nights there, so it was very quiet at all times. Pepi and all the staff members were extremely pleasant and helpful. They spoke good English and didn't laugh at my attempts to use Spanish House-3 was nice spacious and clean and the quin- bed/s was large and comfortable. I would highly recommend this homeshotel. It was difficult to find many faults with it.

Check in went smoothly, house #4 was very clean, beautiful bathroom with toiletries lots of hot water, great,,,the bed/s were very comfortable! I was concerned about Tijuana homes & hotels having read many reviews here and on other sites, you will not find this HomesHotel scary in the least. Would definately stay there again.

Pepi's vacation home is better than any 5 star hotel in TJ, I would recommend his service to anyone. Pepi is a great host and always willing to go above and beyound to satify his guests. The house is comfortable and very close to all atractions. There is internet access and IP phone for you to call home, all included with your rental. We will definately be back Pepi!!! Hope to see you soon! Ben

I stayed in house #4 with a friend and her husband, Jan. 5th thru the 14th.The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We had surgery and needed Pepi's services. He took us back and forth to the hospital, the grocery store, anywhere we needed to go. Pepi is wonderful, I don't know what I would have done without all of his help. He checked in on us every day to see if we needed anything.
