What did I think of my stay at Casa Condesa? Where to begin? My trip and arrival in Acapulco was utter chaos. It couldn't have been worse. Casa Condesa was the oasis I was looking for. I travel a lot. I've been to numerous guest houses in dozens of places like Key West, Palm Springs, Fort Lauderdale, St Croix, Provincetown, Puerta Vallarta, and so on. Honestly, my stay at Casa Condesa was one of the best experiences I've had. Your place is charming, very homey, and a little eccentric. (Where are the doorknobs?) I felt immediately comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer, more courteous, or more accommodating. They're very cute as well. I felt welcomed and pampered at the same time. Not only did they treat me well but they extended the same courtesy to my guest. My room was spotlessly cleaned early in the day allowing me to nap if I so desired. The pool was a pleasure to dip into after the heat of the beach and something I very much enjoyed. Meals were delicious and plentiful. Although, next time I have to watch myself with the spicy food. I've always had a reaction to spicy food and should have known better. My little stomach problem was a result of my own negligence. Having said that, it's hard to resist such delicious meals. (You need to package the coconut ice cream.) Johnny was first class all the way. He was always helpful, polite, and a hell of a nice guy. He extended himself far beyond what anyone could expect. As for you, my friend, you are the ultimate house mother. A combination of Shirley McLaine and Donna Reed, with a touch of Alec Guinness thrown in. Casa Condesa is not just a guest house but a real home filled with warmth, laughs, and great fun. I am sooooo looking forward to my return in three weeks. Hopefully, it will be the beginning of a long relationship. Honestly, I can't think of anything to complain about. Believe me, if there was something, I would tell you. My stay was as close to perfect as anyone could hope for. I had a wonderful time! See you soon, Joe
