| Guestbook: From the moment we entered the River Ridge b & B, we were made to feel welcome. We could not have chosen a better spot-picturesque, comfy and quiet, but only a few minutes from the charming town of Paris, where there are several restaurants and coffee shops, some of them overlooking the Grand River-or more pleasant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We were supplied daily with written, and lucid, directions to a variety of laces of interest nearby, including, the Mennonite town of St. Jacobs, Port Dover on Lake Erie, Niagara Falls and Oshweken, home of the Six Nations, where there is an amazing shop selling all sorts of Iroquois crafts. Must mention also, the absolutely phenomenal breakfasts, delicious and varied which set us up each morning for a day's sight-seeing. Canada is wonderful but Cathy and Paul made it very special. All of this is true and if anything I don't think I have emphasized enough how brilliant our hosts were and how lovely their house. I will never forget their kindness or Cathy's first words to our teenage daughter. She spotted in an instant, how to make her feel welcome. We did arrive as strangers, but I felt we left as friends, Writing this is making me want to return....immediately!
