| Chef Daniel Gilbert opened his dining room in 1980 and quickly established a reputation for fine, creative dishes. Fresh seasonal produce from local organic farmers blend beautifully with his prepared entrées. The menu changes monthly to take advantage of the seasons and an extensive wine list provides just the right accompaniment to your meal.
In 1986 Daniel added a small intimate bar where locals like to meet for a draft or one of the many fine wines listed by the glass. Decorated with folk art by Mary Scattergood, this friendly space makes a refreshing casual spot to meet friends.
