Greystone Manor Bed and Breakfast is a restored and updated century home, conveniently located on the banks of the Niagara River. We are just a short walk away to the Niagara Falls and tourist area, Clifton Hill.
Our goal is to provide tourists to the Niagara Region, a comfortable "home away from home" environment with outstanding service. Our bed and breakfast guest rooms offer queen-sized beds, private ensuite bathrooms, central air conditioning with in-room remote controls, wireless internet access and TVs with DVD players and premium cable service. Of course, we also provide a full, hot breakfast to ensure you get a good start to your day while exploring Niagara Falls.
Although Niagara Falls is known as the "Honeymoon Capital of the World"; the Niagara region has a lot to offer, including wineries, museums and historic sites, golfing, theatre, amusement parks and casinos. Greystone Manor is located on the Niagara Parkway (River Road) which is close enough to walk to many of these attractions, but far enough away from the busy crowds. Our B&B also has easy access to the People Mover (public transportation), biking paths and walking trails. We also offer ample free parking.
Our B&B guests often enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day on our front verandah, overlooking the Niagara River Gorge or from their private balcony (on select rooms.) In the still of the evening, you can hear the rumble of the majestic Niagara Falls as you share a moment with the one you love.

Wonderful, relaxing, comfortable Manor. The breakfast was five star, attending to our dietary needs, served by the gracious host of the home in the grande dining room with fine china. Our room was spotless, woke up to the aroma of fresh muffins baking. Thank-you Bill for your secret ingredient. We look forward to our next weekend this summer!
Fondly,

What a wonderful place to stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous. The house is 100 years old and has beautiful original architecture. My wife and I stayed in the "Jade" room, which was very spacious and a great bed. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening after a busy day of sightseeing and listening to the falls. It would have been nice if the balcony faced the river, but it was still great sitting out there.Rob was a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about the Niagara area and suggested a couple of great restaurants to eat at. Breakfast was excellent and Bill's lemon loaf was to die for. This is our first time to Niagara Falls but will certainly be back, and will absolutely stay here again.

Greystone Manor is a beautiful home situated within walking distance of the Falls. My room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Anything I needed was dealt with promptly by Rob.Each morning, I headed out the front door and walked to the Falls or throughout the neighbourhood to look at the other homes. The locals were all very friendly. I felt completely safe and comfortable taking the walk by myself. And breakfast was waiting for me when I got back.Rob knew all the great places to eat and shop. Loved the ice wines. (Go on a diet before you take your Niagara holiday! Really!)I can't wait to go back and do all the things I didn't have time to do. And, I will be staying at Greystone again.
