Alliston House is a delightful large detached Bed and Breakfast ( B&B ) located in Whitstable with its own off street parking and within half a mile of the local rail station.
The sea and high street are only approximately a ten minuet walk away. The large bright airy en-suite rooms are provided with television, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable chairs, wardrobes and bedside tables. We have a ground floor room suitable for those that cannot climb stairs. The breakfast is served in our conservatory overlooking the pretty garden while watching the birds take their early morning feed. The area has many quality restaurants, some within walking distance, with food to suit all tastes. Whitstable, being on the sea, some restaurants specialise in fish and Whitstable is well known for its local Oysters. The ancient cathedral city of Canterbury is only six miles away and the port of Dover and Ashford International Rail, both being approximately 20 miles away, are the gateway to the continent. The capital city of London is only 60 miles away by road or one hour fifteen minuets by rail. There are many sport activities in the local area: Golf, Swimming, Wind Surfing, Walking, Cycling, Ten Pin Bowling, Yachting etc. We also have a one bedroom self catering apartment next door. |
