The Stables is a Grade 2 listed stylishly converted Coach House near Southwold originally built around 1750. The real magic of this new boutique bed and breakfast is its setting in Henham Park – 800 acres of Repton designed listed private parkland.

All of the stunning bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are large and airy with oak beams throughout and vaulted ceilings. There is a great sense of space in the building and in the setting and yet the accommodation is warm and homely, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day walking around the Park or along the Sunrise Coast.
The setting could not be more tranquil and secluded with views as far as the eye can see of parkland, ancient trees and woodland and the resident horses, sheep and cows.
Book with us and enjoy lavish breakfasts with local produce, homemade bread and organic ingredients. Healthy and alternative options are on offer each day along with the traditional full English. Vegetarian breakfasts are also available.
