We're small but perfectly formed!
Created in June 2006, The Cosmopolitan has been extensively refurbished and re-decorated to a contemporary style.
You'll find rooms decorated with soft browns and beiges, cinnamon-coloured carpets, white walls and understated touches of luxury.
The ensuites have been redeveloped as well and although some of them might be a little smaller than we would have liked, they are all modern and clean and fully tiled.
As regards our facilities, well there what you would expect from a quality establishment, with TV/DVD/CD, Digital TV channels and in-room refreshments.
We're licenced so you could have a bottle of something cold waiting for you on check-in! |

As you approach Torquay from the M5 you'll see signs for Paignton. Follow one of these and aim for the sea front. You can't go wrong really. The Cosmopolitan sits on a quiet side road just off the main Paignton seafront. Give us a call if you do need directions and we'll talk you in.
This ideal location means the beach is just 200 metres away, and visible from the front door, and a few upstairs bedrooms (Rooms 4, 8 and 9) if you crane your neck! |

My friend and I stayed in August. It was friendly, efficient, clean, the room was very relaxing to be in and one that you felt like returning to in the evening. And the bed was very comfortable too, which is not always the case in small hotels. The location couldn't be better - about as close to Paignton town centre and the beach as you could get. Couldn't get the TV remote control to work, but to be fair, it was so unimportant to us we forgot to mention it to the manager while we were there, thereby denying him the opportunity to fix it or show us how it worked. Full English Breakfast was nicely cooked. Would definitely be my first choice if returning to the area for a visit.

This hotel is in a prime location of all pubs, clubs, shops beach and many many more attractions in the local area. The rooms were very clean and we were made to feel very welcome. A very enjoyable stay.
