Woodlands Country House is a comfortable and informal bed and breakfast hotel standing in a rural setting with farmland views, sweeping down to Trevone Bay. Pippa Woolley would like to welcome you to this large Victorian House in Treator (pronounced ‘traitor’) near Padstow on the North Cornish Coast. There are nine double and twin rooms all individually and stylishly decorated. The two principle bedrooms are The Bay Room, with a magnificent four-poster, double bed – a large room with panoramic views from the bay window and The Jade Room, an elegantly furnished, large double room with wonderful views – even from the en-suite Victorian bath!
Two of the rooms are situated on the ground floor and are therefore, suitable for wheelchair users or elderly or infirm guests. One of these rooms is equipped with a disabled custom built shower room en-suite. The other double room has a child’s room attached and a private terrace. These rooms interconnect making them suitable for a family and they share a conservatory to sit in to watch the sun set over Trevone Bay. Every luxury has been considered from Frette linen to Gilchrist and Soames toiletries. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
