In 1948 Mr & Mrs H C Wilson bought the property,and lived there for 55 years and then there eldest son Mr Graham Wilson who loved the property so much decided to refurbish the property into a luxury guest house.The property which is situated in the Heart of Epworth where surrounding areas was once marshland until the 1700's when the dutch engineer Vermuyden drained the land. Epworth is a lovely rural Town,where every one is made welcome.
