Comfortable, informal and friendly B&B, all on groundfloor. Large garden for having tea when the sun's out.

Bedrooms are non smoking, three have ensuite shower rooms, two have private bath or shower.
Cool in summer, warm in winter with central heating throughout, plus log fire.
