| Guestbook: With 2 adults and 4 children it was a great relief to find the Hound dog hotel. The room was perfect we all fit comfortably in one room. Phil & Julie were great from the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and relaxed. The children adord them, it was like visiting a close relative. Phil & julie went out of their way to make us feel at home. Even helped carry the kid up to bed when they fell asleep in the living room. The best family hotel ever. they even had baby monitors so we could sit in the living room when the children were sleeping. The breakfast is the best we have ever had.
The whole experience was relaxed and stress free. The children enjoyed the freedom of being able to wonder around freely and safely. On our last day we booked out and spent the last day in the tower, as we walked back to the car we told the girls we were going home now and they went back in the hound dog! thinking thats were i ment by 'home' My 5 year old cried, she didn't want to leave.
