Set in the foothills of the Taurus mountains, in the beautiful village of Islamlar,( just 5 k from KALKAN). Our cozy cottage offers you the opportunity to relax and enjoy a quiet stay in a small rural community.
Set in its own lush gardens under the grapevines where figs and walnut trees grow, Grapevine Cottage has magnificent views of Kalkan and Patara Beach.
This is a quite unique home for guests looking for something peaceful, a chance to escape the madding crowd and to explore an area of outstanding beauty.
We offer bed and breakfast and there are excellent dining options in the village. Kalkan offers an eclectic range of restaurants.
Car hire is recommended but there is a public transport option to a wide range of interesting places.

| Guestbook: My husband and I visited Grapevine Cottage about a year and a half ago and are planning another visit again at the beginning of fall. Kalkan is a busy tourist resort so it was marvelous to find this oasis not far from the coast. Grapevine Cottage is a beautiful tranquil guest house set in a vineyard at the heart of the village, with fabulous views of the sea. The breakfast was outstanding with free range eggs and village cheese and olives and fresh coffee and all at a very reasonable price. Our room was very large and so peaceful with a small stream passing in front of it and its own private patio in the garden. We visited the nearby Islamlar village -- it was wonderful and provincial. The village has its own mosque and water mill as well as one or two very good trout restaurants.
