Location
Located right across from the gay nude beach (Marbella), between the picturesque neighborhood of Poble Nou and the new development of Diagonal Mar, our guests appreciate being in a safe, quiet area populated by Spaniards and not just other tourists.
The Space
Beauty and the Beach is beautifully (and comfortably) decorated from the front door up to the second floor terrace. All rooms have queen-sized beds, air-conditioning, wireless internet connection, music, bathrobes and a lot of light. Regularly cleaned bathrooms are shared between two rooms.
Breakfast
We serve a full hot breakfast beginning with freshly cut fruit until 10.30 am. If you had a great night and get up later, no problem: we will leave breakfast for you in the kitchen and you can get it whenever you want.
Atmosphere
Small and personal, we try to make your trip to Barcelona a warm experience, more a visit to friends than an impersonal hotel. Your hosts are on the premises and there to help you plan your day, night or the rest of your trip. We are also here to answer questions you may have about what you have seen during your day. As we are on hand, we try to give guests what they need before they have to ask for it.
Our Guests
Our guests are as varied as the colors in the rainbow flag, however they have in common that they are looking for quality accommodation with a human touch. Some have come to us fleeing from the cold atmosphere of hotels and ended up extending their stay in Barcelona; Often, after a few days here, people ask us, “Is it easy to get a job here?” We know that Barcelona is a charming city, but we like to think to that our treatment of our guests has something to do with their desire to live here permanently.
