LOCATION DESCRIPTION
We are located on a clearing, surrounded with the forest (the plot of 20 000m2), above the river Sava and 300m distant from the main road to Bled. This gives it a special quality - it is the right place for the guests, wishing to get rid of stress, 'refill the batteries' and spend pieceful and calm nights. The bed & breakfast type of the family hotel is for the time being partly finished but enables pleasant staying: Have a grill picnic at the fire place on the meadow in front, chat in the bar at the ground floor, use wireless Internet connection and chep phone calls from our cyber point - or enjoy in the shadow of outer veranda or oak trees. Beautiful surrounding is suitable to have a walk - and we are not distant to the most of important destinations; (Golf course 1 km, Bled 1km, Camping Šobec 1km etc.) It is a special magic in winter time also - the view at the deer, searching for acorn in the snow is something you can not forget...

We had a fantastic stay! Milan, the owner, leant us bikes for free and the breakfast was delicious! Its a little out of town, but only 15 mins walking and the walk is lovely! Its much nicer than staying in the city of Bled and our private terrace looking over the forrest was just beautiful! We would recommend it to anyone!

Fabulous little place. Good things: the owner's a great guy (he upgraded our room for no extra cost, very helpful with directions, etc), it's VERY peaceful (set in a forest clearing away from the rest of Bled, yet 3 mins by car to the town and lake), in floor heating (a real treat for tired hiking feet), quality furniture and fittings (considering it's still a budget place), a great private balcony if you get the balcony rooms, and an open fire and piano to greet you as you enter the front door. The walls are a bit thin (we had a football team or something staying in the other rooms, which disturbed the peace somewhat), and it is quite a way from town if you're on foot, but I would thoroughly recommend this one.
