We're situated in a 13th century, early Gothic Palace near the Miracle church, in the heart of Venice.
We have 3 luxury rooms available, one with en suite bathroom and 2 more with a shared bathroom. The beds are kingsize or bigger.
The rooms have Gothic windows overlooking the Salizada San Canzian and Rio Terra Bragadin, original 13th century beamed ceilings, oak floorings and are equipped with designer furniture and works of art by international artists.
Breakfast is served directly in your room or on the sun-deck (when possible)
We offer free Wifi and Skype calls, airconditioning, flat screen TV with hundreds of international satellite channels, Frette Towels and bedlinnen.
All our rooms are non smoking.
Availability of an extra bed for toddlers (up to 4 years and only in Wasabi room) at no extra cost. |

Less then 2 minutes from the Rialto bridge, 10 minutes stroll from Saint Marks square, very close to all busboat lines to other Venice destinations, including the Islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello and the bus boat to the Airport (only one bridge to cross)
Taxi boats can stop very close to the entrance, no bridges to cross.

We're close to some of the best restaurants in town. World famous "Fiaschetteria Toscana" is one bridge away, but there are also some small typical venetian tapas/wine bars called Baccari around the corner, like "il mondo di Vino".
Antique markets are often organised on our local square; Campo dei Miracoli.
The Malibran Theatre (Opera and concerts)and the Giorgione Cinema are around the corner, but also some of the most beautiful sites in Venice, like the Chiesa San Giovanni & Paolo, the beautiful Ospedale and other churches like Palladio's San Francesco della Vigna, Pietro Lombardo's masterpiece Chiesa dei Miracoli.
The Biennale areas are in 20 minutes walking distance. |
