Bed and Breakfast BBvenezia is located in the most verdant discrict of the city, an island of unspoiled serenity on the eastern shore of the city's fabled lagoon. Its most delight feature, however, may be the dreamlike vision of ancient Venice shimmering across the lagoon, especially as the sun sets behind the tower of San Marco and the great dome of Santa Maria della Salute.
Three double or triple rooms with private baths, Air Conditioning, WiFi and TV, are available in a well-equipped environment. A continental breakfast is available each morning. You also have access to a garden and terrace roof which is a perfect sundeck. |

| We are located in S. Elena, a section of downtown Venice, only 8 minutes by waterbus from Piazza San Marco or 20 minutes walking with a wonderful panoramic view of the lagoon. The waterbus stop S. Elena, is just at two 2 minute walk, no bridges, from our front door. You can catch the lines 1, 41, 42, 51, 52 departing to or arriving from Piazza San Marco. |

Garden Room (for 2, 3 or 4 people) is our best room, very bright and wide, with high ceilings and a balcony facing the pinewood park and the lagoon. It has private bath ensuite with shower, TV, WiFi, Air conditioning, heating.
Attic Room (for 2 or 3 people) has lots of charm and character with carved beams and slanted ceilings (may not be suitable for tall basket players! :-) Direct access to the roof terrace with panoramic views of S. Elena and the lagoon.
This is a tipical Venetian Attic room and it has king size bed, private external bathroom with shower, TV, WiFi, Air conditioning, heating.
Linen and towels are changed on the third day (or when it become a needs), when your stay with us exceeds four days.
All rooms are non smoking and they are independent and completely separated.
We do not apply any curfew and each guest is provided a security code to access the main door. This will guarantee a safe, pleasant and comfortable stay in our B&B.
On the top floor of the house there is a roof terrace ("Altana") which is ideal for getting a nice tan and for a good view of the area. |

| A self-service breakfast is available from 8 to 9.30 am in the diningroom, which has a very nice view over S.Elena's pine-wood. All you need to enjoy a continental breakfast will be placed on the counter or in the fridge: coffee maker (tea on request), milk, fruit juice or fruit (according to the season), cereal, croissants, butter and marmelade. Please ask for a different breakfast time if you need to leave early in the morning or for any other reason. We will do our best to meet your needs. |
