The Bed and Breakfast is in Venice, at Fondamente Nuove, a central area easily reachable from the railway station with the urban navigation line n° 42 or 52 (the deck is on your left coming out of the railway station) and from the international airport Marco Polo with the Alilaguna service (which links directly the airport to the Fondamente Nuove).
The B&B is located right near the decks for the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello (10, 30 and 40 minutes away)
Fondamente Nuove are also well connected to Lido di Venezia, where the Venice Film Festival takes place, and where you can just relax on the beach.
From the B&B you can reach Ponte di Rialto on foot in about 10 minutes and Saint Mark’s square in less than 20 minutes. |

You can reach the B&B easily from railway station takeing urban navigation line 42 or 52 (the deck is on your left coming out of the railway station). The Bed and Breakfast is just 30 meters in front of you, getting off at the deck of Fondamente Nuove.
If you arrive at the international airport Marco Polo, you can take the Alilaguna service (which links directly the airport to the Fondamente Nuove). When you'll reach Fondamente Nuove you have to cross the bridge on your left and then take the 2nd street on your right (Calle Colombina, n° 5086)
If you arrive to Treviso by plane and your airline doesn’t provide its own shuttle-bus to Venice, there is a bus service (run by ATVO Company) that links frequently Treviso airport to Venice. When you’ll reach Venice, you must take the urban navigation line nr. 42 or nr. 52, that will take you to Fondamente Nuove in 25 minutes
