| Guestbook: Beautiful villa near Todi. Our stay in the green room was wonderful. It is spacious with great old world charm. Lidia the owner is gracious and helpful. Florie, her housekeeper was kind and loved to bake wonderful treats. Todi is a beautiful hill city and close to Perugia, Assisi, Spoledo, Orvieta. October, November is a great time to visit. The weather was still warm and the tourists are gone! This was our first time travelling without children and it was a perfect time of year. Museums are not crowded and it is easy to find great restaurants etc. It was nice having a base and not moving luggage from town to town.
Lidia had great recommendations for local restaurants and she is revered by the towns people. It was really nice to stay in a smaller hill town and get to know the local restaurants etc.
It was a very comfortable place to stay... |
