...It was 1896 when Guglielmo Cocorullo bought the estate where today is Villa Maria Rosa, ancient property made in Liberty style and entirely redecorated in 2005, keeping intact all the characteristics of that period. The draws related to the family and to its past and history are well visible, on the walls you can see the nautical charts that Guglielmo used to going through all the seas in the world, and in every corner of the house there are small objects that will bring you back to the past! The Cocorullos were a very big family, composed by Guglielmo, Anna Laura and by their 4 children: Maria, Michele, Rosa and Francesco Saverio.
Michele and Franco followed their father's steps and became commanders and estimated pilots who, still today, many years after their departure they are remembered with much affection from seamen who met them.
Maria and Rosa dedicated their life to home and family with great love so that today the Bed and Breakfast bears their names.
Today it's me, Francesco Saverio, Guglielmo's great grandson, to manage this wonderful Bed and Breakfast with the help of my wife Alessandra and the supervision of my father Guglielmo. We will be very happy to welcome you with all the warmth my family has always done with its guests, and we will try to offer you a nice and relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature thanks to the fully equipped large garden.
