If a reservation is cancelled by email or fax with less than 72 hours notice (unless advice otherwise) prior to the arrival date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the total amount of the first night's reservation.
Cancellations or alterations are accepted only via email or fax. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted.
We are unable to send fax or letters for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates.

| Guestbook: The place is very clean and the man who runs it is amazingly nice. He gave us a map and highlighted the things to see and how to get there. The bathroom and bedroom were far cleaner than any other place I�ve stayed at, and there are two metro stations very close by. There is an amazing pastry shop down the street with awesome and cheap breakfasts. Safe neighborhood and a great time. |
