Aceri B&B offers 3 comfortable double rooms, with air conditioning/heating, with private bathroom and breakfast. Alternately, it is possible to rent an apartment (4+2) or a studio-apartment (2+1) with kitchen use and dedicated outside space. Children playground and parking place (covered and closed for motorbikes).B&B: 3 Comfortables Air Conditioned Double Rooms, all with private bathroom (one with en-suite bathroom). Breakfast served in a common room. Terrace with table and umbrella APPARTAMENTO: The apartment is suitable from 4 to 7 persons. It is composed of two double rooms, one living room with fireplace and an extra bed (or double on request), fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine), bathroom Children up to 3 years free of charge (babycoat available). Price is 20€ per person per night up to 6 persons. An extra bed is available at the price of 15€. Price includes: linen and towels (weekly change), electricity, kitchen use. Final cleaning 20€, gas to be paid on counter readings (about 4€ per cubic meter). MONOLOCALE: The studio-apartment is composed of one big room with double bed and a single bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen corner (fridge/freezer, owen, toaster, filter coffee machine). Children up to 3 years free of charge (babycot available). 25€ per person per night up to 3 person. the studio-apartment can be rent with a minimum of 2 persons. An extra bed is available at the price of 15€. The price includes: linen and towels (weekly change), electricity, kitchen use. Final cleaning 15€, gas for heating to be paid on counter readings (about 4€ per cubic meter).

We are located in the Castelli Romani Park, 25 Km from Rome.
Access by Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome Ring-Road):
From Exit 23: leave the Grande Raccordo Anulare and follow signposting for Albano on the Via Appia Nuova (SS7) for Km 6,000, turn right onto road SS 207 Nettunense and after Km 14,800 turn left for Cisterna di Latina. After Km 1,300 turn left again along Via Passo della Corte, and after 1 km (third road on the right) turn right into Via degli Aceri. After mt. 650, at your left, you will find the B&B (last house on the left side).
From exit n° 26: follow the road SS148 Pontina up to the exit Vallelata; after the exit turn right on Via Vallelata and go straight for 4.5 Km. At the end of the road turn left on Via Nettunense (SS207) and follow for 3.0 Km up to the traffic light. Turn right at the very first road, Via Cisternense and go straight for 1.3 Km; then turn on the left on Via Passo della Corte and after about 1 Km turn right on the third road and you are on Via degli Aceri.
