Warm atmosphere, independent rooms, private baths, TV - DVD in every room with a large choice of films to choose from, air condition and autonomous heating, breakfast served directly in the room or in the roof garden, daily cleaning.
Located in a strategic position which satisfies every need, the B&B is within walking distance from:
- historical center - 500m (Porta S.Biagio - Chiesa di San Matteo - Anfiteatro Romano - Piazza S.Oronzo - Piazza Duomo).
- train station - 500m
- Central Office of the University of Lecce - Palazzo Principe Umberto - 100m
- Museum "Sigismondo Castromediano" - 200m
- "Politeama Greco" theatre - 800m
.....if you have a car the B&B is easily reachable from the main entry of the city (Brindisi-Lecce highway) turning right, along the Via F. Calasso and the Viale dell'Università until Porta Rudiae, and then left taking Viale Gallipoli until the second traffic lights. Straight on you have Viale Marche. The B&B is right there on your left hand, under the arcade, next to the Bank. From the B&B it's easy to reach the most beautiful spots on the coast of Salento: Otranto, Gallipoli, Torre dell'Orso, Santa Maria di Leuca.

| The historic centre of Lecce, indicated with the yellow background, is completely pedestrianised and therefore it is forbidden for non residents to access it by car. Our B&B is 400m from the principal entrance of the historic city centre ( Porta San Biagio ), travelling along Viale lo Re, if one leaves Porta San Biagio on the left and follows Viale lo Re for another 400m, one will find themselves opposite Castello Carlo V, adjacent to Teatro Politeama Greco and opposite the splendid Piazza S. Oronzo.
For those who arrive by air:
If you will rent a car, travelling by "Superstrada Brindisi - Lecce" and following the indication below for "those who arrive by car".
For those who arrive by train, one can easily find the B&B on foot :
Travelling along Viale O. Quarta for 100m, at the first set of traffic lights turn right for Viale Gallipoli, after 150m carry on straight ahead through the next traffic lights, entering Viale Marche. We are right at the top of Viale Marche to the left, underneath the arcade (100m). You will find us at number 11/f. (In total, 350m from the station).
For those who arrive by car :
From the principal entrance to the city (Superstrada Brindisi - Lecce), turn right at the second roundabout for Via F. Calasso e viale dell'Universita' until you reach Porta Rudiae, then turn left for Viale Gallipoli. At the second traffic lights, follow straight ahead for Viale Marche (leaving the police station on your left). We are right at the top of Viale Marche to the left, underneath the arcade (100m).You will find us at number 11/f.
