In the original country side of Tuscany ,in Cortona ,just one hour south of Florence .Surrended by olives's camps and dominated by a peacefull atmosphere that marks the valley around,"Il Sole del Sodo" is costituted by an old main house of the end of nineteen century with five duoble rooms and by 6 cousy appartements made cleverly from the old stable.
The five rooms,finestly decorated with a stile that joint some of the classic country to the modern,make the guest been feeling part of a particular atmosphere,also because excentric and unique lamps created during the restoration of the house by Claudia (hostess/owner). |

Guestbook: On our ten-day Toscana drive-around, these first three nights at Il Sole was the definitely best and most atmospheric living on the whole trip! We loved the atmosphere of the place, the colorful and with care done interior, the helpful people, the breakfast and the lovely dogs.
A bit outside town, which is a important part of the places charm. If you like walking, ask for the beautiful “countryside-path” up to the city-centre passing olive-fields etc.
