This is a very good B & B, the building is in Bologna character, located in Old Center of city. It is a very comfortable place and you feel like you were at home. Spacious rooms with a pretty nice decoration and clean linen. All the areas are clean and tidy as well. It is secure place for you and your stuffs, and there are safety deposit boxes for valuables. Eugenio is a very kind and fun person. I could notice that the most important thing for him is that you are comfortable and enjoying your trip. Definitely he made my stay in Bologna memorable and wishing to return as soon as possible.--------------------------------

Wonderful people who are very helpful and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bologna. Great location in the old city center and there was a kitchen, dining area with great music, and a large clean bathroom all for ourselves.-------------------------------

We had such a wonderful time at this B&B. The owners are very friendly and they are exteremly great with cuisine. Totally loved my 5-day stay at B&B Anna. Host Eugenio makes you feel completely at ease, and will help in any reasonable way he can and still has the presence to give you all the space you need. Getting to know Eug - an artist in his own right - is part of the local experience. Very open and friendly guy who's looking to give you all the tips to Bologna. Thanks to him, I even ventured out of town... The house itself is about 5-7min walk south of the two towers (in the heart of the centre) and has everything you need. The house and the rooms within it are completely secure; you get your own keys and so you can come and go as you please. Terrific. No need to look at other options.... Book with confidence. A great place to stay in! Located just few steps from the historical center of Bologna. Very clean and very nice apartament. The owner is very friendly - both are artists and speek english. They gave us plan of the city, catalogue, many informations and helped every day. Every evening we got a nice suprise (like a chocolate or fruits in the fridge). We stayed in double room with own kitchen, bathroom and a room with wine and books about local cousine. Eugenio - the owner - gave us lots of advices where to eat and what to see. He can also pick you up from the airport, make laundry or stay with children - all for reasonable price. We felt like in 4 stars hotel! I absolutely recommend this B&B to everyone, it is amazing and you feel like home. It is very clean, very comfortable and the decoration is really nice. Eugenio, the owner is really nice too. It is very close to the university, to the towers and to everything in the center.-----------------
