The rooms are located at Bergstaðastræti 14, a landmark building in the 101 neighbourhood, built in 1922 in the old manor style of Central Europe. The building is literally a two-minute walk from Laugavegur, Reykjavík's main shopping street, and in the heart the old-town city center. Each room has three-meter-high ceilings and large windows, and has access to a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
There are two double rooms, one single room, and one large suite that can sleep up to three people. The rooms can be rented individually or together by a group.
