We rent two guest rooms for 2-4 persons. You can book it single or together. Both rooms are new furnished. One has a large double bed, table and 2 chairs, coat rack and chest of drawers. In addition there is a cosy separate seat, which can be used among other things for working. The second room has a large double bed, eating table and up to 4 chairs, wardrobe and chest of drawers. In addition there is a cosy separate seat, which can be used for example for reading.
DSL-Internet WLAN is available. Due to the 5th floor position and the windows faces the east you can rise in the morning with the sunlight.
Breakfast on demand with extra payments (10 €/person/day) is possible. Please inform us if necessary before starting your journey.
For the guests, a separate shower as well as an extra WC is available.
For 15 €/person/day you can use in addition the Sauna as well as Fitness devices. From the Wellness range you reach also the balcony pictorial lain to the inner court.
Due to the central situation of the guest room you reach both by car and with public transport in few minutes:
The Kurfürstendamm,
The main station of Berlin (Berlin Hauptbahnhof),
The area of government administration,
The Potsdam place,
The Charité,
The Fair Center Messe/ICC,
The airport Tegel and much other more.
Rapid-transit railway, underground and bus are in 3 minutes to reach on foot (ring course, U9, TXL, M27(30meters), 187...). Also the urban highway can be attained in few minutes by car. In the proximity there are always sufficiently free parking place available.
Smoking in the entire flat is not allowed!
On arrival the bail must be only deposited, which is paid back with departure. The reservation and payment of surcharge-requiring achievements (breakfast, Wellness) normally take place on the journey day. |
