We have a honeymoon room with an antique bath in the room ,dressing and en-suite bathroom.two beautiful double rooms both en-suite.family room with double bed and a very comfy double bed settee ,if there are more than 2 people staying in this room there is an extra 7euros per person for breakfast.the 5th bedroom is on its own landing ,the bathroom is seperate down a few stairs , with a seperate toilet.All rooms have 3 metre high ceilings and are all of a good size.
the pool is in a private garden with a big covered barn with games room and bathroom ,you can have breakfast on the terrace if you would like over looking the mountains.everything is 2 min walk away,
there are bars restaurants,docters dentists even a small hospital ,train station which will take you to limoux,carcassonne,toulouse and beyond,there are buses to perpignan,where you can catch a train to spain as quillan is only 1 hour 15 min from the border.the med is only 50 min away.horseriding ,mountainbiking,whitewater rafting, mountain climbing,football,basketball,rugby,manmade lake a 10 min walk from the house.

quillan is a small old french town where the people are friendly and warm.
set in the aude valley 1hour30 from toulouse,1hour30 from gerona (spain),3hour from barcelona (spain),1hour from perpignan,50 min from carcassonne,20 min from limoux,20 min from mijanes the nearest ski resort.you could say its ideally located for a holiday or for a few days if your passing through to some where else.
maison bleu is 2 min walk over a lovely bridge to town where all the bars and restaurants can be located.there is an office of tourism so you can get all your maps and information of what is going on in the area. |
