A few kilometres from the delightful old market town of St. C�r�, our guesthouse is set high in the hills surrounded by wonderful countryside and abundant wildlife. Previously a farmhouse owned by several generations of the same family, our home now offers comfortable newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms, relaxed dining and a �home from home� atmosphere.
Guests are welcome to relax at the house, perhaps sit in the shade of a tree in the garden or on the bench in our field with its glorious wildflowers and a multitude of butterflies. Ideally located as a base to explore this glorious part of France, you will fall in love with the stunning countryside and beautiful medieval villages.
We offer a delicious 4 course evening dinner freshly cooked using local seasonal ingredients � take a look at other guests comments on our website � and we are delighted to cater for guests who would like to try our imaginative vegetarian dishes.

Still able to retain its wonderful charm and warmth, the area has long been a destination for those in the know. Forget the �honey-pot� sites in the adjoining Dordogne, here you will find just as much to see and do but without the crowds (so far!).
The Lot has some of the best countryside in south-west and a good number of some of the prettiest villages in the region. Guests can visit Autoire, Loubressac, Carennac, Rocamadour, Figeac, Martel, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Turenne, Argentat and many more fascinating places including two regional natural parks. The area has an extensive range of cave systems with the famous Padirac caves a short drive away.
For a complete change you can unwind at the local lake � Lac du Tolerme, a very popular place for the French where you can swim in the wonderfully refreshing waters before having lunch at one of the lakeside restaurants. Continuing the energetic theme, we also have a number of locations where you can hire a canoe and explore the Dordogne river.
If you want to see even more, we are also located close to the borders of three other departments, the Correze, Aveyron and Cantal, each with its own individual character.
You have a choice of airports - Rodez, Limoges or slightly further away is Toulouse. You can also arrive by train at Brive and hire a car at the station.
