Charlan, a traditional restored Maison de Maitre B&B built in 1698. Charlan is set in 3 acres of organic enclosed land, electronic gates and is bordered on the River Lot with approximately 100 meters of private river frontage. The location is private and peaceful, but not an isolated position as the picturesque village of Aiguillon is 2km away (easy walking distance) and the village offers amenities such as a supermarket, post office, banks, restaurants, a tourist information building and a railway station. The A62 motorway for access to Bordeaux and Toulouse is a 10 minute drive. Charlan is located between the towns of Tonneins and Agen, an ideal location for property hunting in the Lot et Garonne or Dordogne Regions.
The land that surrounds Charlan on all sides is mainly laid to pasture and lawns, with some mature trees and newly planted orchard. Charlan also has a 10 x 5m private swimming pool with an outside WC and changing area. Pool towels are provided. Charlan offers 3 double guest bedrooms with bathrooms, a private guest lounge area with TV, DVD's, games and books. |

3 double guest rooms available, one with ensuite and two sharing a bathroom. There is another shower room available on the top floor of the house if you do not want to share. Luxury bed linen/bath towels/toiletries provided.
Pool towels supplied and changing room and toilet are available outside by the pool. There is a private guest lounge with Satellite TV, extensive range of DVD's, games and books. Owners accommodation is separate from the guest accommodation. Rooms are for 1 or 2 persons and are Euro 50 per room per night. |
