PJVilla offers outstanding accommodation & facilities in a rural setting, yet only 10km from the historic old capital of Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo.
The quiet village of Dragijevo is the setting for PJVilla which boasts a good sized swimming pool, sauna & wonderful gardens.
Your accommodation was built in 2006 & is air conditioned. Each room, one double and one twin offers a large bedroom, a walk in wardrobe & fully fitted bathroom with corner bath & shower over. There is a bed settee which can accommodate an extra guest comfortably at 25leva per night.
There are four mountain bikes to use free for guests & picnic basket, haversacks, maps etc are available to use.
Prices are for the room for two people on a bed & light breakfast of cereals, fruit, eggs, toast and preserves. Breakfast can be served either in the summer kitchen, by the pool or in the garden. Eggs are free range & from our own PJVilla chickens. Local cuisine can be cooked by PJVilla's neighbour, Donka by request & home grown produce is widely used. Barbecue evenings are arranged throughout the season & locally made wine & rakia is available for guests.
The lovely summer bar/tea garden serves light lunches & evening snacks & has a programme of events throughout the summer season.

| PJVilla is located near the centre of the village of Dragijevo where the local folk still rear animals & use horses & ploughs. The procession of goats, sheep & cows goes back and forth to pasture past PJVilla daily which is a sight to be seen. |

Fitness equipment is available including an exercise bike along with 4 mountain bikes. Guestbook: Our stay at PJVilla was one of the best holidays we have ever had. From the moment we stepped into the beautiful walled garden, we instantly relaxed.
The setting is peaceful and tranquil, with stunning views across to the Elena Balkan Mountain Range.
Pete & Jane are the perfect hosts. They have thought of everything and helped us with all aspects of our holiday. From recommendations of great places to eat, (that we would never have spotted ourselves) to making great suggestions about places to visit, to make the most of our time.
PJVilla provided us with a unique opportunity to experience real Bulgarian village life. Pete & Jane gave us a tour of the village & even arranged for a neighbour to cook her favourite Bulgarian specialities for us.
We were really surprised by the quality of the accommodation. It was far better than we ever expected from a Bulgarian guest house. The aircon provided welcome relief from the glorious sunshine during our stay and the room had many thoughtful touches, more expected from an exclusive hotel.

We highly recommend PJVilla! Peter and Jane’s hospitality was tremendous! They took us out to a fantastic Bulgarian restaurant, organised a fishing day for us with a Bulgarian friend, were always willing to have a chat and even a drink with us! Our children loved it, they took the dogs for a walk, picked up the eggs, played with the toys Jane lent them and want to come back next year!
The green room we stayed in was elegantly decorated, spacious and exceptionally clean.
