Rural guest house set in the Bulgarian countryside overlooking a small fishing lake and the Balkan mountain range. The apartments have wet rooms, tea & coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. 2 of the rooms have double beds and the third room has 2 single beds. We have mountain bikes for hire at a small cost, we can also arrange car hire from as little as 30 BGN per day. The price is for room only but but a full english breakfast with homemade sausages/continental style breakfast is available at a small charge.
We operate a trust bar in the guest dining room where there books, magazines and playing cards.

The walking in the area is breathtaking and for the bird watchers there are some of the most beautiful birds in the world to be seen all around this area.
A fishing lake within 1 kilometer walk is available for sport fishing at a small charge. The skiing in nearby Uzana is suitable for all levels of skier, the lifts are from as little as 7 BGN per day.
