It's within a walking distance (only three blocks) from the Pacific Ocean beaches and the “Parque del Amor” (Park of the Love), to 900 meters of the J.W Marriot Hotel, and “Larcomar” which is a famous tourist center known for its of amusement and entertainment, surrounded by Coffee-Shops (wireless connection), Restaurants, Clubs/Bars, Cinemas, Casinos, Shopping Mall, Night Life, Supermarkets, Residential Areas, Commercial Areas, Internet booths, etc.
The bedroom has a king size bed with ample room closed as well as two sofas bed in the living room. Also, it has a dining table fit for four people and balcony, one bathroom with bathtub, shower, cold and hot water. The apartment its provided with cable TV, DVD, basic telephone service, high speed internet access and wireless connection, ceiling fan, refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric coffee maker, iron/ironing board, kitchenware, duvet feathers, linens, towels, dishes and glasses.
