02/13/08 Positive Beautiful apartment with a great view and location. We took our children ages 1,3, and 7. With the exception of my wife's fear of being on the 14th floor, the children had a great time watching the parasailing going on across the street. We would have paid quite a bit more for the apartment knowing all the amenities such as TV's with movies for both adults and children, full kitchen and laundry, a nice outdoor patio(we never used due to the children), and much more. The only complaint was it was warm in the apartment but it was our fault for not opening the windows to get the nice ocean breeze(wife's request due to the children). We would highly recommend! 02/13/08 Positive Great place! Tons of space, incredible view. Well located right on the Malecon Cisneros across from where the Para-sailors take off/land. This location is central to the restaurants and stores of Miraflores. I could walk to the Vivenda Grocery store near the Canadian Embassy, or over to Parque Kennedy with it's restaurants, bars, and cafes. The nights are very quiet in this neighborhood, with little or no traffic on the streets and an incredible breeze blowing in off the ocean in the Living room. The days are noisy, but this is to be expected in one of the world's largest cities. My stay was in January which is Summer in Lima. It does get warm/humid in the apartment, so fans are important for sleeping. If you are staying at the apartment during Jan-Feb-Mar, make sure you ask to have the fans brought out as they are locked away in a room beyond your access otherwise. A great stay overall. 01/05/08 Positive We had a great time in this apartment. It was one of the highlights of our trip. My kids loved the fact that each had a separate room. Even my son asked if we could buy the unit! The unit is well decorated, spacious, security and lobby service are great. From the initial contact to the last day were cordially treated by the owner and this made a big difference in our stay. 12/07/07 Positive Totally satisfied, sometimes the pictures does not show how a place really is, but this apartment over pass my expectations it's really beatiful and confortable.I would like to recomend to every one to rent this apartment for their next vacation in Peru, but at the same time I am afraid that it could be busy but the time I'm going to rent it.My family and I had a really great time staying at this location. 10/27/07 Positive My family and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for a week. It is located in a very nice part of Mira Flores across the street from several nice parks. The views are absolutely tremenedous. The owner was very service oriented and accomodated all of our needs and requests. I would highly recommend this apartment. Neal, New Jersey

10/15/07 Positive I stayed here for a week, all I can say is wow!! The view, the amenities, the nearness to many popular places all made my stay in Lima exceptional. The ease and graciousness of the owners to the Doormen all added to my stay. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment and on my next visit to Lima I will certainly hope I can stay here again.
