I'm living in Medellin now and I'm looking for a roommate for the Penthouse I'm renting. This Penthouse is quite the place. Some highlights:

- walking distance to many restaurants, gym and 24/7 supermarket
- 15-20 min. walking distance to Parque Llerras
Your room is on the 1st floor. You'll have your own bath. We'll share all the other amenities.
The rate will depend on the length of your stay (up to 14 days: $60/night, 15-30 nights: $50/night, more than 1 month: $40/night). Single occupancy only (temporary guests are fine).
