There are 2 suites, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 maid's suite, this penthouse offers about 160 square metres of private space divided in 2 stories. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms: a single suite with a single bed, complete private bathroom, lots of closet space and overhead ceiling fan, a second bedroom which is also an office/den with deskspace and access to computer with broadband internet connection and a separate social bathroom for guests, a maid's bedroom which is keeping an extra full size freezer and storage-wardrobe space and four extra single matresses, kitchen and service area, an L shaped living room, very luminous by either lamps or natural day light, with idigeneous and African artifacts, quality sofas, chairs, cable tv, HDTV, dvd, cd stereo with cd, dvd and book collections, coffee tables as well as access to the front 4th floor balcony. The 5th top floor is connected through a charming staircase which sends you to the penthouse. The penthouse has extraordinary ventilation hence its position on the top two floors of a short and five story exclusive building with a relaxing frontal view of a natural reserve in Salvador that contains white sand dunes. The ocean is a leisurely 20 minute stroll away. The top penthouse floor has 2 other bedrooms: an air-conditioned master suite with a double bed, closets and a complete private bathroom, a fourth bedroom with a single bed, lots of closet spaces and ceiling fan, there is also a separate guest bathroom. The penthouse lounge has an american open kitchen, as a mini-bar, equipped with sink and a frigobar (mini-refrigerator) to store your drinks and beverages, there are also beach furnishings and access to a large terrace that can host a private cocktail gathering of up to 20 people. It is also equipped with additional beach furnishings and a private wading pool of about 7 feet by 7 feet in size and 2 1/2 feet in depth, the pool is on the top floor terrace and fully cleaned previous to the guests arrival. The formal dining area on the lower floor has a quality dinner table sitting 6 for meals and formal dining dishes and utensils if needed. The cosy lounge is very well fit for all entertainment needs. The downstairs fully fitted kitchen and service area are complete and fully equipped with 2 full size refrigerator-freezers, microwave, 4 burner stove top and oven, clothes washer, laundry facilities, kitchenware such as toaster, blender, mixer, juice maker, coffee grinder, dishes and utensils for the maximum capacity of guests, as well as bed sheets, linens, blankets and bath towels. All gas, electricity and water costs are also included in the rental price. The aparment is beautifully designed with an executive formal decor, perfect for a small family or business travellers. It is on the fourth and fifth floors with 1 lift and 4 flats per floor. The building offers 2 private indoor parking spaces, and 1 outdoor parking space, entrance hall. There is a banquet room that can be rented for private parties for up to 75 people and 24 hour security and maintenance staff. It is located in the charming Costal Azul district, just a few blocks away from the sealine and the Convention Centre, nearby public and utility services, several food markets and restaurants as well as a city square with fitness tracks and lots of open area, with easy access to taxi and bus lines, half way in between the best beaches and the carnaval area, where you can arrive within 15 minutes by cab ride. |
