The experience from start to finish was wonderful. Polite and prompt when booking with clear no-nonsense instructions and a warm welcome when met outside the centrally located, clean, bright, quiet, and extremely comfortable apartment. In addition, the beyond-the-call-of-duty offer of looking after our (very heavy) bags whilst coralling two small children on the day of departure allowed us to enjoy Toronto right up until the very end of stay. Needless to say, we would have no hesitation in recommending you to any of our friends.
