This self-catering apartment on the 12th floor of Landmark Place, a prestigious apartment block in the heart of Cardiff, capital of Wales. It overlooks the city centre and the Millennium Stadium, with stunning views from the all the main rooms. This non-smoking apartment makes an ideal holiday home for a city break.
The accommodation comprises of a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom. The main living space is a large open plan lounge-diner with birds-eye view of the city. A television, DVD/VCR player is provided. The fully equipped galley kitchen is fitted with fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave oven. This apartment may not be suitable for small children (under 8).
There is secure parking for one car in a private car park under the building with lift access from the car park to the apartment. Entry is via the main foyer where a concierge is on duty for twenty-four hours a day.
Guests will normally be met on arrival, shown the apartment, allocated parking space, and electronic entry systems. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar plus toiletries.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. Maximum number of people is 4. Prices for 2007:-
4 nights = £400, 5 nights = £480, 6 nights = 550, 7 nights = £600.
10% deposit with the balance paid 28 days before arrival. A £100 refundable security bond is required.
If only 1 or 2 people would like to stay using one bedroom only, you can book at a reduced rate of £80 per night, minimum 4 nights. If you book 7 nights then the last night is free. 4 nights = £320, 5 nights = £400, 6 or 7 nights = £480.
