The apartment includes a roomy, rear facing and quiet sitting room, with fine panoramic views over the city skyline, including the monuments on calton hill. The room offers a comfortable double sofa bed, Dining area and a recently refitted open plan Kitchen complete with gas hob & extractor hood, electric oven, fridge and microwave. Under unit lighting and a tiled floor complete a most attractive and practical kitchen area.
The bedroom is of a very generous size, with an outlook on to the Royal Mile. it offers a luxurious kingsize bed. A range of Stag bedroom furniture and wall decorations finish a truly relaxing and comfortable bedroom.
The bathroom has recently undergone a total refurbishment including fully tiled walls & floor. It offers a new three-piece suite including bath with over shower.
Winter holiday comfort is ensured by a white stone effect, open gas fire in the sitting room and gas fired central heating throughout.

"I would like to say how good the flat was, it was very well presented with all of the furniture and equipment in first class condition. Its excellent position in the city, meant it couldn’t have been better from our point of view.
It was particularly pleasing to find that small things like the consumables were provided, toilet paper, washing powder, tea, coffee etc. it made such a difference not having to worry about this on arrival.
On the sleeping side the bed sofa was very comfortable, for my sins I used it and had a good nights sleep every night".
