Grand View is a spacious holdiay flat on the first floor of a substantial Georgian House on Great Pulteney Street, just over the famous Pulteney Bridge and only 5 minutes walk from the Roman Baths.
To the front of the house, tall Georgian windows overlook the Great Pulteney Street. The windows to the back of the house overlook Bath's recreation ground, where Bath Rugby plays it's matches.
This is a luxury flat, with smart modern kitchen, stylish bathroom, widescreen television with DVD, and of course WIFI, which is available in the flat at no extra cost.
The entire flat is furnished in a tastefully modern style, with a double sized sleep sofa in the living room and dramatic bedroom set with Queen sized bed in the bedroom.
Although this is a luxury flat, children of all ages are welcome as long as they and their parents are well behaved. We will happily provide a cot when needed.
The Grand View Apartment is in the very centre of Bath, with such heritage sites as the Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge and the Bath Abbey all around you. Great Pulteney Street is the most famous street in Bath, with many lovely shops, restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. However, one of the most important features of this flat is it's proximity to the Rugby pitch, just around the corner, and the amazing views available from the living room windows.
Again, excellent Restaurants, fantastic shopping, theatre and nightlife is a short stroll away. Although there is no designated parking with the flat, there is long stay parking near the flat.
Bath is easy to reach by train and I am only too happy to pick you up at the Bath Spa Train Station. |

Just wanted to say thank you very much for a wonderful holiday in the Penthouse last week. We were very impressed by the high standard of decor and furnishings in the flat - everything was exactly as described on your website (sadly in our experience this is not always the case). The items left in the flat for our use (washing-up liquid etc) were also much appreciated. We had beautiful weather and really enjoyed exploring the delights of Bath. Thank you for a very relaxing break.
I presume that you will take the money for the holiday from my credit card automatically as no mention of this was made during our stay. Just let me know if you need any further clarification.

Couldn't find a space on the site to write a review so thought you could cut and paste part of this when you recieve it for your own use should you wish.
We had a splendid stay in the apartment which is wonderfully placed for sightseeing and shopping in bath. everything you would need is in the apartment and laura is very helpful on arrival with all queries. the view of the abbey is quite spectacular from the kitchen window and we have no doubt that anyone wanting to stay in bath would find this property a real plus.
