Welcome. You have just taken the first step to booking a beautiful contemporary air conditioned ground floor apartment overlooking the beautiful harbour of Turgutreis on the Bodrum Peninsula.
The apartment is located in the prestigious Ottomanlife resort "The Konak" which opened in August 2007. The resort was designed by a highly respected Turkish architect in typical Bodrum style and is in a peaceful residential hillside location, offering panoramic views of the beautiful Aegean sea.
It is adjacent to the 5* Hawthorn Karaça Resort and just 15-20 minutes stroll to the town centre and marina.
From May 2008, a courtesy bus will be available for guests. It makes several trips per day to the town centre and back. Alternatively, the local dolmus stops nearby and is a very cheap and easy way of getting around.

| The apartment is fully air conditioned and comprises: Master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom including large bath, shower, wc and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom including enclosed shower, wc and sink. Both bedrooms include large fitted wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge (for 2 children/1 adult). A British travel cot is available.
Food preparation/dining: The kitchen is finished to a very high standard, including beautiful marble worktops. The following appliances are included: Gas oven/grill/hob; Large fridge freezer; Dishwasher; Microwave oven; toaster and kettle; Iron and laundry equipment; Washing machine; Water cooler and heater; Dining table and 6 chairs
Relaxation/Entertainment: The lounge comfortably seats 4-6 people. For your entertainment, there is a 28" LCD TV with satellite channels, DVD player and also a hi-fi system (DVD player and hi-fi both play MP3 Cds). Additionally, there is a Playstation and several games suitable for family/younger children. Both the lounge and master bedroom have double patio windows, leading to a large partially covered terrace which is painstakingly landscaped and maintained by the site management staff. The large terrace (34m2) has external lighting and a large table with 6 chairs, making it ideal for al fresco dining or a nightcap under the stars. Two comfortable sun loungers are also available. The property is professionally maintained and weekly cleaning is included in the rental price. Extra cleaning can be arranged locally via the management company. Bath towels and bedding will be supplied. Please supply your own beach towels. Airport transfers can be arranged for you. Cost is £60 return for up to 4 persons or £90 return for parties of 5 - 8. "We have just spent our second holiday at The Konak since it opened in August. The complex is fantastic and the staff cannot do enough to help the guests. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning, especially the sunsets. The on-site facilities are excellent and my husband especially enjoyed using the fitness room. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is extremely clean and well equipped. The children think that The Konak is "mint!" We can't wait to go back next year."
