Our 3 bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor and has 2 balconies that overlook the swimming pool and gardens, it is south facing and catches the sun all day. The excellent on site facitities include fully equipped fitness centre, Sauna, cafe, internet broadband and the added benefit of a resident housekeeper and 24/7 security.
In the apartment the lounge, kitchen and dining area are all open plan giving a light and spacious feel.
The kitchen includes oven & hob, microwave, fridge greezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, toaster plus all the crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a breakfast bar and a spacious patio area for outside dining.
The living area includes a satalite TV with integrated DVD/CD with a selection of discs.
There is a dining area, breakfast bar and 2 sets of dining furniture on the patio and balcony.

| The apartment complex is only 5 minutes from supermarkets, shops, bars and restaraunts selling good quality food and drink at very reasonable prices. The old town of Side is a 20 mins stroll or 5 mins by Dolmus bus or taxi, Dolmus buses are very cheap and they will pick you up and drop you off anywhere along their route. |
