A lovely spacious ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in small 6 apartment complex with shared pool. Patio area with tropically planted gardens. Quiet setting, 10 minutes stroll to village.

Conveniently located on the Kalamar Road in Kalkan, the apartment is spacious and can comfortably sleep up to four adults. The whole apartment has been freshly decorated.
The entrance hall leads into the main lounge and dining area with the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom to the right. Directly ahead is the dining kitchen area and then the second bedroom to the right with the second bathroom (complete with washing machine straight ahead).
Each bedroom has a tiny balcony to welcome that early morning sun.

A transfer service by air conditioned taxi or mini bus is available from Dalaman with local agency, Grace Travel whose representative will meet you at Dalaman Airport. (£45 each way for a 2-3 people, £50 for 2 adults & 2 children or £65 for the mini bus for 4 + people).
Transfers from Antalya can also be arranged. Transfers are more cost effective, comfortable and convenient than a private taxi although should you wish, there are always taxis available at both airports.
Flights now operate all year round to Dalaman and Antalya from the UK with the new terminal opening at Dalaman shortly.

Just got back last night from Kalkan. We absolutely loved it! The
apartment was great and the two teenage girls especially liked the pool.
The town itself was really nice and we had some great meals. We'd
definitely like to return and I'll pass on the word.

not a case of if we'll be back, rather than when we'll return.

Dear Carole and Doug
We had a fantastic holiday in Kalkan and enjoyed staying in your great apartment- the setting was so pretty and it was just about perfect. The girls loved the pool and spent many happy hours splashing around.
I would love to go again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends. As you can see the little trees are doing well- the photo showing the lemons may give the impression that they are rather larger than they actually are though!
Anyway - thanks ever such a lot for all your help etc- was a real priviledge to be able to enjoy Beyhan- would rather like one of those apartments myself!
